Scott left Talley Brothers, Inc. in 2004 to develop and operate a concrete division at another company.  In 8 years, he led that company from zero concrete capability to $45 million in concrete revenues per year.  A few of the most notable projects with which he has been involved are PFPC World Wide Headquarters, Dover Downs Hotel, JP Morgan Infrastructure, Wilmington Hospital Addition, Manayunk Sewer Basin/Venice Island Performing Arts Center, Dilworth Plaza Renovations @ Philadelphia City Hall, and the new Patient Tower @ AI DuPont Children's Hospital. Scott returned to Talley Brothers, Inc. in 2013 as President and co-owner of the company.

William (Bill) West; Vice President

Started with Talley Brothers, Inc. in 1986, with a total of 40 years experience in the industry to date.  Bill is one of the foremost experts in the construction industry, with hundreds of projects completed. Talley Brothers, Inc. experienced its greatest periods of success with Bill at the helm as the Superintendant/Operations Manager.  Bill left Talley Brothers, Inc. in 2009, to join Scott Killen in creating the Delaware's largest concrete contracting company by 2012.  His many accomplishments include PFPC World Wide Headquarters, Christiana Hospital Heart and Vascular Addition, Justison Landing Condominiums, Wilmington Hospital Addition, and the new Patient Tower @ AI DuPont Children's Hospital.  Bill returned to Talley Brothers, Inc. in 2013 as Vice President and co-owner of the company.
